What you will drive
- Lead and manage UK renewable installation operations, supervising a team of junior and senior field engineers.
- Act as the primary technical authority for the domestic fleet, handling complex technical escalations and ensuring compliance.
- Establish quality assurance frameworks, oversee onboarding and training, and manage MCS compliance and accreditation strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing distributed electrical or renewable installation teams.
- Fully qualified electrician with UK qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition) and qualified as Electrical Qualified Supervisor.
- Proven experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of domestic Solar PV, EV charge points, and Heat Pump systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK electrical regulations, health and safety protocols, and MCS compliance.
