What you will drive
- Enhance Hitachi Energy's strategic consulting capabilities within the renewable developer community with best practice consulting advice.
- Establish client contacts at a senior level and work with customers at a strategic level, coaching them.
- Support consulting projects of high complexity, including modeling renewable assets, energy storage, and hybrid resources.
- Develop long-term price projections for energy, capacity, renewable energy credit, and ancillary services.

This role helps accelerate the transition to renewable energy by providing strategic consulting and advanced modeling to optimize renewable asset integration and grid reliability, directly supporting the decarbonization of the energy sector.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, economics, operations research, energy science, or a related field plus 3 years of experience performing PROMOD Production Simulation Modeling (or master's plus 1 year).
- 1 year of experience with power flow data analysis, transmission network modeling, Python, MS Excel, and data visualization.
- Experience evaluating electric transmission conditions and impact on electricity market operations and pricing.
- Ability to develop graphics, maps, and visualization tools for simulation data and client deliverables.
