Mission
What you will drive
- Identify, assess, and drive resolution of hardware and software quality issues across high-power EV charging infrastructure (โฅ350 kW).
- Monitor and analyze recurring failures, manage software/firmware test environments, and oversee validation of new releases.
- Serve as central quality interface between Network Operations, Technical Supplier Management, and IONITY suppliers.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners for root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or comparable technical field.
- Minimum 2โ3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of hardware (e.g., power electronics) and software interactions in charging infrastructure.
- Experience in validation, testing, or quality assurance processes.
