Reliability Engineer (f/m/x)

• Identify, assess, and drive resolution of hardware and software quality issues across high-power EV charging infrastructure (≥350 kW).
• Monitor and analyze recurring failures, manage software/firmware test environments, and oversee validation of new releases.
• Serve as central quality interface between Network Operations, Technical Supplier Management, and IONITY suppliers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners for root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

This role ensures the reliability and scalability of high-power EV charging networks, directly accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and reducing carbon emissions from transportation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or comparable technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of hardware (e.g., power electronics) and software interactions in charging infrastructure.
• Experience in validation, testing, or quality assurance processes.
