Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify, assess, and drive resolution of hardware and software quality issues across high-power EV charging infrastructure (โ‰ฅ350 kW).
  • Monitor and analyze recurring failures, manage software/firmware test environments, and oversee validation of new releases.
  • Serve as central quality interface between Network Operations, Technical Supplier Management, and IONITY suppliers.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners for root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or comparable technical field.
  • Minimum 2โ€“3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of hardware (e.g., power electronics) and software interactions in charging infrastructure.
  • Experience in validation, testing, or quality assurance processes.
