Regulatory Engineer

• Prepare, review, and maintain licensing documentation (e.g., Final Safety Analysis Report)
• Perform regulatory research and develop approaches to addressing regulations and guidance
• Interface with technical engineering teams and perform design engineering work
• Support or lead resolution of key strategic licensing issues

This role directly contributes to the licensing and deployment of advanced fission power plants, enabling clean, reliable, and affordable energy at scale while reducing nuclear waste through fuel recycling.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a technical field (e.g., nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, physics)
• Experience in a technical field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
