Regulatory Engagement & Advocacy Manager – UK and France

• Lead regulatory monitoring and analysis of UK power market developments (CfDs, market design, grid reform, PPAs) and selectively in France.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies, build relationships with UK government and regulators, and represent the company in industry associations.
• Provide strategic regulatory input to commercial teams, support CfD rounds and PPA strategy, and manage one Regulatory Specialist.

This role directly shapes renewable energy policy and market design in the UK, accelerating the transition to clean energy and supporting Nadara's mission of producing renewable energy in harmony with nature and communities.

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, public affairs, or energy policy.
• Strong knowledge of the UK power market is essential; exposure to France or other European markets is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong writing skills for briefings, consultation responses, and executive summaries.
