- Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors to exceed qualified booked meetings goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with large commercial, institutional, and industrial customers to generate revenue through distributed energy resources.
- Own the California territory, identify opportunities, and drive cross-functional customer engagements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of account-relationship management or business development experience in the energy market.
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability managing a sales cycle and meeting sales goals.
