Regional Partnerships Manager — Americas (Volunteer)

• Identify and develop high-impact partnerships across the Americas to expand 4WARD's reach and community.
• Convert partnerships into measurable member growth through trackable campaigns and co-marketing opportunities.
• Support partner-led events (online or in-person) to drive community engagement and membership conversion.
• Unlock regional network access by connecting with local chapter networks and ecosystem organizations.

This role directly scales the world's largest climate collaboration network, connecting founders, investors, policymakers, and operators across 110+ countries to accelerate climate solutions in the Americas.

• 3–7+ years experience in partnerships, business development, community, or ecosystem roles.
• Strong familiarity with climate, startup, or innovation ecosystems in the Americas.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on measurable results; proactive and strategic relationship builder.
• Experience working with communities, media platforms, or events (preferred).
