Mission

What you will drive

  • Own Quilt's partner channel across the Northeast, growing existing certified partners and aggressively identifying and converting new HVAC contractor partners.
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard new partners; manage pipeline and represent Quilt at industry events.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, provide field support, training, and performance tracking to drive install volume and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner experience and contribute to partner success playbooks.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development; preferably in HVAC, building products, or related trade industry.
  • Real fluency in ductless heat pump systems; understanding of how mini-splits work, are sold, and installed.
  • Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Northeast is a strong advantage.
  • Hunter-farmer mindset; comfortable with 50–75% regional travel; self-directed and accountable.
