Regional Finance Manager for South Caucasus and Eastern Europe

• Ensure effective financial management routines, internal controls, and payment procedures in line with donor requirements.
• Process partner payments, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare financial documentation and reporting.
• Conduct financial assessments of partner organizations and review budgets, financial reports, and audit documentation.
• Lead capacity strengthening initiatives for partner organizations through trainings, peer learning, and individual support.

This role ensures that financial resources are managed effectively and transparently, enabling Kvinna till Kvinna to support women's rights organizations in conflict-affected regions, thereby strengthening gender equality and democratic values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Development Cooperation or related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in grants management or financial management within international development.
• Proven experience supporting financial management capacity of civil society organizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Russian; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Full-time position with an international organization committed to women's rights. Location in Vilnius, Stockholm, or other European office. Regular travel within Europe and the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region.
