Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region, mobilizing volunteers and winning siting approvals.
  • Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners.
  • Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and oversee grant agreements with partner organizations.
  • Build relationships with diverse organizations (environmental, labor, faith, etc.) and support volunteer leaders through training and advocacy materials.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
  • Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Experience with digital campaigning tools and willingness to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
