Recruitment Associate

• In this role, you'll support talent acquisition and hiring processes across multiple countries, building strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening applications, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, Boolean search, networks, and referrals for priority roles.
• Maintain recruitment data in applicant tracking systems and track metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Build scalable hiring practices and identify automation opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency.
