What you will drive
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with LEEP's values.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain records in applicant tracking systems, and contribute to process improvements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
- Digital literacy with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
