What you will drive

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with LEEP's values.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain records in applicant tracking systems, and contribute to process improvements.

  • Digital literacy with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
