Recruitment Associate

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with LEEP's values.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain records in applicant tracking systems, and contribute to process improvements.

By building a strong, capable team, this role directly supports LEEP's mission to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, which affects an estimated one in three children worldwide.

• 1-5 years of professional experience; recruitment experience helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
• Digital literacy with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.

Salary dependent on location and experience (e.g., £36,330-£39,098 for London; R664,603-R715,240 for South Africa; Ksh4,794,991-Ksh5,160,324 for Kenya; €37,324-€40,168 for Portugal).
