What you will drive
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full-lifecycle recruiters to achieve hiring targets and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine compliant and effective recruiting practices that scale with the business.
- Build strong coalitions with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment support and understand evolving business needs.
- Act as a key stakeholder in scaling talent infrastructure, including evaluation and optimization of People systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, AI tools).

What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant skilled experience.
- Several years of leadership experience overseeing high-level individual contributors or other leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with spreadsheets, validate datasets, and extract insights.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing People systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, reporting tools).
