• Manage the recruitment pipeline by sourcing candidates, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating hiring across the organization.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Run first-round phone screens to assess candidate fit and identify strong prospects for hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate applicant tracking, and coordinate interview scheduling.

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to track metrics and maintain organized applicant tracking systems.
