Job description
Full-cycle recruiter managing end-to-end hiring searches for mission-driven clients across AI safety, biosecurity, and global development sectors.
- Own complete recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer and onboarding, managing multiple concurrent searches and clients.
- Build candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn; engage passive candidates with tailored outreach.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on hiring approach, and guide candidates through structured screening and interview processes.
- Set up and manage hiring workflows in Ashby ATS, maintaining clean data, templates, and repeatable processes; identify system improvements.
- Requires 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated end-to-end search ownership and strong sourcing capabilities.
