Recruiter

• In this role, you'll run Kairos's hiring rounds end-to-end, overseeing applications, interviews, work tests, and offers.
• Source candidates through our programs, network, and the broader AI safety ecosystem.
• Design and refine hiring infrastructure, including application forms, work tests, and interview processes.
• Help scope new roles and weigh in on organisational design decisions as the team grows.
• Support recruitment for Kairos Labs, helping new AI safety organisations find their first hires.
