Build and run hiring processes for a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy during rapid growth.
- Run end-to-end hiring rounds: application review, work tests, interviews, reference checks, and offers across multiple concurrent pipelines.
- Source candidates from Kairos programs, networks, and the broader AI safety ecosystem to fill diverse roles.
- Design and refine hiring infrastructure including applications, work tests, interview questions, and candidate tracking systems.
- Requires recruiting experience and strong judgment about people; mission alignment with AI safety and ecosystem context essential.
- Support hiring for Kairos Labs, an upcoming incubator for new AI safety organizations launching early 2027.
