Job description
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate fit and motivation.
- Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
- Recommend ideas and strategies to contribute to long-range growth of the company.

What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record in complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries.
- Expertise in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong client focus, communication, and analytical skills.
