Recruiter (contract)

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Recommend ideas and strategies to contribute to long-range growth of the company.

This role helps CelLink scale its innovative flexible circuit technology, which enables more efficient electrical systems for electric vehicles and renewable energy, contributing to a sustainable future.

• Minimum 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record in complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries.
• Expertise in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong client focus, communication, and analytical skills.
