Real Estate Paralegal

• Manage a pipeline of real estate deals across the United States, updating closing checklists and trackers.
• Prepare documents and coordinate execution of closing packages.
• Conduct due diligence including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
• Draft and review legal descriptions for real estate transactions.

• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative team spirit.
