What you will drive
- Manage a pipeline of real estate deals across the United States, updating closing checklists and trackers.
- Prepare documents and coordinate execution of closing packages.
- Conduct due diligence including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
- Draft and review legal descriptions for real estate transactions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient with Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative team spirit.
