R&D Product Support and Enhancement Engineer

• Act as a technical interface across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, project management, and quality, providing coordination, technical support, and product-related guidance.
• Analyze, track, and report bugs, defects, and non-conformities; drive incident resolution and perform technical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and performance metrics.
• Support product optimization and enhancement initiatives to improve converter performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform commissioning of power conversion and control systems, interpret electrical schematics, and collaborate on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

This role directly improves the reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness of power conversion products used in renewable energy and energy storage applications, contributing to the global transition to sustainable energy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power electronics, product support, validation, testing, or product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power converters (AC/DC and DC/DC topologies) and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers) and validation of electronic products/embedded software.
