Mission
What you will drive
Leadership
- Leads, coaches, and develops field quality team through on-site presence, real-time feedback, and consistent accountability.
- Sets and enforces uncompromising safety and workmanship standards for commercial rooftop installations, ensuring compliance with codes, AHJs, and manufacturer requirements.
- Builds a strong quality culture grounded in integrity, continuous improvement, and ownership of long-term system performance beyond project closeout.
Quality Inspections & Verification
- Perform incoming inspections of solar materials including modules, racking systems, inverters, wire, conduit, and hardware.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of rooftop solar installations.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, NEC, AHJ, and utility requirements.
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain inspection checklists, installation records, and as-builts.
- Capture photographic evidence of installation quality.
- Support turnover packages for owners, utilities, and AHJs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of leadership in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles.
- 1โ3 years of experience in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles.
- Ability to read construction drawings and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, UL, and local building codes.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools.
- Valid driverโs license.
