Quality Manager - Europe

• Lead quality activities throughout the full lifecycle of product development, procurement, fabrication, construction, and project delivery for European electrolysis plant projects.
• Develop and manage quality processes, procedures, and programs; build and manage quality personnel and third-party inspection resources.
• Own non-conformance management, supplier qualification, and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, and PED 2014/68/EU.

This role directly contributes to decarbonizing heavy industry by ensuring the quality and reliability of green hydrogen electrolysis systems, enabling a transition away from fossil fuels.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Welding, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of quality experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment; 4+ years in a Quality Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience with supplier qualification, auditing, and quality management systems; fluent English required; Spanish or German preferred.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% and proximity to European fabrication hubs.
