Proposal Specialist III

• Lead medium to large proposals and presentations from capture through interview stage, supporting win strategy development.
• Create annotated outlines and content plans, and serve as lead writer/editor for tailored resumes, past performance sections, executive summaries, and management approaches.
• Facilitate color reviews (Pink and Red team) and quality reviews, managing proposal revisions based on review team direction.
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning, and coach entry-level proposal team members.

• Experience leading medium to large proposals and presentations in a professional services environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills for proposal content, including executive summaries and management approaches.
• Ability to facilitate color reviews and implement revisions based on feedback.
• Experience with capture planning, go/no-go analyses, and debrief processes.
