Proposal Specialist III

• Lead medium to large proposals and presentations, supporting from capture through interview stage.
• Create annotated outlines and content plans, and serve as lead writer/editor for key proposal sections.
• Facilitate color reviews and quality reviews, managing revisions based on review team feedback.
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities.

This role helps AECOM win projects that improve communities and infrastructure, contributing to sustainable development and positive environmental outcomes.

• Experience leading medium to large proposals and presentations.
• Strong writing and editing skills for tailored resumes, past performance sections, executive summaries, and management approaches.
• Ability to facilitate color reviews and implement revisions.
• Experience coaching entry-level proposal team members.
