Project Support specialist

• Support Project Managers in executing medium to large projects, ensuring compliance with Hitachi policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
• Coordinate project activities including contract review, schedule development, risk management, document control, engineering approvals, procurement, production follow-up, inspections, shipment, site coordination, and change management.
• Ensure project handover, as-built drawings, commercial closure, and collection of PAC.

This role ensures the successful delivery of power infrastructure projects, contributing to reliable and sustainable energy solutions that support communities and industries.

• Graduate in engineering with 4-5 years of experience in execution of Substation/GIS projects or order handling in power system OEMs.
• Ability to work in an ERP environment.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
