Project Manager

• Manage a team and oversee projects to scale a national HIV and syphilis screening program for pregnant women within 12 months.
• Develop a 12-month workplan with clear goals and track progress across five workstreams.
• Lead a team of Program Officers through monthly feedback, quarterly reviews, and regular check-ins to drive accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and provide evidence-based reporting to Co-Executive Directors.

This role directly contributes to scaling a national HIV and syphilis screening program for pregnant women, preventing mother-to-child transmission and improving maternal and child health outcomes.

• Experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects.
• Strong project management skills, including workplan development and progress tracking.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in feedback and performance reviews.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
