What you will drive
- Oversee planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery of utility engineering and consulting projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones while ensuring quality and client requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder communication, and drive project KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Handle contract management, change orders, and support business development through proposals and client relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 5โ10 years of project management experience in utility engineering, distribution design, or consulting.
- Proven experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) and contract types (fixed-price, unit-rate, T&M).
- Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI) and familiarity with utility distribution practices.
