What you will drive

  • Oversee planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery of utility engineering and consulting projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones while ensuring quality and client requirements.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder communication, and drive project KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Handle contract management, change orders, and support business development through proposals and client relationships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5โ€“10 years of project management experience in utility engineering, distribution design, or consulting.
  • Proven experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) and contract types (fixed-price, unit-rate, T&M).
  • Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI) and familiarity with utility distribution practices.
