Project Manager

• Oversee planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery of utility engineering and consulting projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones while ensuring quality and client requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder communication, and drive project KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Handle contract management, change orders, and support business development through proposals and client relationships.

This role directly contributes to modernizing the electrical grid, enhancing grid resiliency, and integrating renewable energy, thereby supporting a sustainable and reliable energy future for communities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in utility engineering, distribution design, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) and contract types (fixed-price, unit-rate, T&M).
• Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI) and familiarity with utility distribution practices.
