Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex recycling system projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, customer communication, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, contractors, field installation) across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Establish project controls, dashboards, and operating practices to improve delivery predictability and customer experience.

This role directly advances AMP's mission to modernize recycling infrastructure, reducing waste and enabling a circular economy by delivering AI-powered sortation systems that increase resource recovery and reduce environmental impact.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field; 8+ years managing complex industrial, manufacturing, or capital-equipment projects.
• Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change control, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong customer communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel up to 50%.
• PMP certification and experience with automated equipment or recycling systems preferred.

Salary: $132,000 - $145,000 annually. Equity grant available. Benefits include medical (78-100% premium coverage), dental, vision, life insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k), flexible time off, 6 sick days, and 8 paid holidays.
