What you will drive

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across the water, energy, transport, or civil infrastructure sectors. This role is ideal for a developing project professional looking to take greater ownership of project outcomes while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You will support and/or lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and close-out, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure projects or work packages in accordance with scope, program, budget, and quality requirements
  • Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with procurement processes, contract administration, and consultant management
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance, risks, and issues
  • Support safety, environmental, and quality compliance across project activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
  • Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.ย 
  • Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
