Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee execution of technology pilot and implementation projects for state and local governments, including project management, product management, vendor management, technical training, and technology evaluation.
- Strategize the future of PPG's Technology Delivery Portfolio, translating program design into scopes, timelines, and team roles.
- Develop and execute government partner engagement strategies, produce outbound materials (blogs, talks, webinars), and represent PPG at conferences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Three or more years of government technology experience or related work experience.
- At least two years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams implementing software or piloting AI tools.
- Knowledge of government IT operations (e.g., data analytics, generative AI, software modernization, product management, cybersecurity).
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and generative AI platforms.
