Project Lead Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on HVDC projects.
• Lead engineering development, ensuring multidisciplinary information and adherence to safety standards.
• Drive completion of all engineering activities, including testing, installation, and commissioning support.
• Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract requirements.

This role advances sustainable energy by leading technical aspects of HVDC projects, which enable efficient long-distance power transmission and integration of renewable energy sources.

• Academic degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar lead role.
• Power industry experience required; HVDC technology experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; fluency in English.
