Project Lead

• Establish and maintain understanding of client context, manage client relationships, and lead client meetings or user research sessions.
• Collaborate on development and adaptation of project strategies, own their execution, and prioritize project activities.
• Ensure projects are properly resourced, including engaging advisors or external consultants, and own invoicing processes.
• Supervise Project Coordinators and participate in other projects as needed.

This role enables social sector organizations to improve information flows and solve complex challenges, ultimately strengthening their ability to learn, adapt, and serve the public good.

• Experience in project management, client relationship management, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to conduct user research, distill requirements, and resolve technical data/workflow issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to supervise team members.
• Passion for social impact and ability to learn new skills independently.
