• Lead and deliver large-scale built environment and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring time, budget, and quality requirements are met.

• Mentor and support Associates, project managers, and early career team members, fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Lead bids, engage with industry forums, and contribute to organizational growth through knowledge-sharing and technical expertise.

• Experience in masterplan and major commercial/residential development projects.
• Proven ability to independently oversee projects and lead client and consultant relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a substantial team of professionals.
• Experience in business development and winning new commissions.
