Mission
What you will drive
- Lead cross-functional team of Project Developers and Development Engineers across one or more RTO/ISO(s) to drive disciplined, efficient, and holistic project development.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle for utility-scale energy storage projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and portfolio priorities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, subcontractors, trade groups, and utilities to ensure project success.
- Serve as Project Development lead for select projects, handling site control, permitting, tax abatements, and stakeholder engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of energy storage or power development experience.
- Proven experience leading projects supported by cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Public speaking experience including presenting projects at public hearings.
