Project Developer

• Lead the development and structuring of utility-scale renewable energy projects from early opportunity through financial close.
• Manage negotiations for project acquisitions, equity/debt finance, and partnerships.
• Coordinate internal and external development teams, including securing land, permits, interconnection rights, PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements.
• Implement project controls, communicate progress, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

This role directly contributes to expanding renewable energy infrastructure, reducing carbon emissions, and improving quality of life by delivering sustainable energy solutions globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Law (Master’s a plus).
• 5-7 years of professional experience in renewable energy IPP, investment bank, project finance, or management consulting.
• Experience with closing complex transactions, deal structuring, and project finance.
• Significant experience with renewable energy project development in emerging markets.
