Project Cost Controls Analyst (Remote)

• Build and maintain project-level cost forecasts, monitor cost drivers, risks, and opportunities, and lead monthly reporting with variance analyses.
• Implement analytics models to forecast future project costs and conduct scenario planning for contingency plans.
• Analyze project performance trends, conduct root-cause analyses on deviations, and develop cost tracking systems.
• Synthesize complex datasets into executive-ready presentations and translate variance drivers into business narratives.

This role supports the delivery of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, enabling the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project controls, FP&A, or data-driven roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, and/or SQL highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate technical data for senior leadership.

Compensation Range: $77,866.00 - $97,333.00
