- Enter financial specifics into project accounting database and obtain reports for Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Maintain internal project deliverable tracker with updated dates from project schedules.
- Assist project managers with maintenance of project schedules and prepare bid documentation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of a 4-year degree from a university or technical college.
- 2-4 years administrative experience required, engineering firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF editing software.
- Strong attention to detail, superior administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
