Project Controls Analyst

• Provide objective analysis and evaluate project performance throughout the entire project lifecycle, including schedule completion and expected final cost.
• Work with Project Managers to collect data for reporting on project progress for both cost and schedule.
• Develop dashboards for reporting cost and schedule performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

This role supports infrastructure projects that improve communities and the environment, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery.

• Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.
• Experience with project management information systems (PMIS) such as Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, Procure.
• Ability to perform pre-construction and construction cost estimates and risk assessments.
