Mission

What you will drive

  • Prepare, consolidate, and monitor project budgets against actual expenditure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the portfolio.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders in line with donor requirements.
  • Review partner financial reports, support fund disbursement, and provide coaching to programmatic teams and partners on budget planning and compliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a finance-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project controller role in international cooperation (public institutions, international organisations, or NGOs).
  • Proven experience with grants and donor reporting; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
