Programme Manager, International Programme on AI Evaluation

Manage the second edition of an international graduate programme training AI evaluation and safety specialists, coordinating faculty, students, and partners across time zones.
- Recruit and select 40+ students globally; coordinate twelve modules with faculty from frontier labs and universities.
- Schedule live sessions, manage learning platform, onboard faculty, and run assessments and capstone projects.
- Serve as main contact for students, faculty, and partners; build community through Slack, check-ins, and feedback loops.
- Requires programme management experience in higher education or international contexts and strong stakeholder coordination across time zones.
- Requires fluent English and familiarity with AI; Spanish proficiency helpful if in-person week proceeds.
