Program Manager

• Support RBHI program implementation efforts across all stages of delivery.
• Design, build, and manage scalable operational systems for current and future programs.
• Oversee systematic data collection, management, and reporting related to program outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop program goals, define performance metrics, and advance strategic initiatives.

This role directly contributes to reducing suicidality and improving mental health outcomes among youth in rural US regions by ensuring programs run smoothly and scale effectively.

• Substantial experience with logistical planning, project coordination, and operational system management.
• Extensive experience instructing, training, and facilitating diverse groups.
• Demonstrated ability to set, track, and report on program goals and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excel databases, Zoom, and Outlook Calendar.
