Role details
Guide medical professionals toward high-impact careers in global health and biosecurity through program delivery, advising, and community building.
- Deliver and develop the Career Planning Course: recruit participants, coordinate facilitators and speakers, provide career advising, and test new guidance approaches.
- Curate the Information Hub with resources on career pathways and opportunities; monitor usage and gather feedback for improvement.
- Organize community webinars and maintain participant records in the management system.
- Contribute strategic insights to program priorities and organizational growth decisions.
- Requires background in medicine, public health, or global health; experience managing educational or career guidance programs essential.
