Program Manager, Entrepreneurship Education

Core responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of flagship entrepreneurship education program for teens
• Lead 2-3 cohorts per term with virtual experience including weekly classes, 1-1 check-ins, and challenges
• Manage program operations including scheduling, advisor coordination, resource preparation, and student progress monitoring
• Build advisor quality through recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing support

This role creates positive change by directly shaping meaningful experiences for hundreds of ambitious teens each year, helping them develop entrepreneurial mindsets that build confidence, courage, and resilience to accomplish their goals while creating positive value in their communities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bias toward action with strong execution skills and ability to create order from chaos
• Clear communication skills in writing and verbally with quick response times
• Problem-solving ability to facilitate when needed, empathize with students, and manage competing priorities
• Comfort with non-traditional schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends) and flexibility
• Growth mindset and ambition to help build the social enterprise
