Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of flagship entrepreneurship education program for teens
  • Lead 2-3 cohorts per term with virtual experience including weekly classes, 1-1 check-ins, and challenges
  • Manage program operations including scheduling, advisor coordination, resource preparation, and student progress monitoring
  • Build advisor quality through recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing support
