Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and support paint programs globally, including conducting paint studies, supporting governments with regulation, and assisting manufacturers in switching to lead-free paints.
  • Engage with policymakers to introduce and implement lead paint regulation, and provide technical assistance to manufacturers.
  • Manage partnerships, recruit local consultants, and contribute to strategy, planning, and team coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate and persuade diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
  • High agency, creative problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel 8-12 weeks per year; experience living/working in low- and middle-income countries is desirable.
