Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of French-speaking partners, overseeing budget and expense report reviews and capacity building.
- Support the annual partner grant agreement process and ensure compliance with subaward monitoring policies.
- Utilize Salesforce and Monday.com to track grant renewals, amendments, and financial documentation.
- Conduct annual risk assessments and support the finance team with audits related to partner grants.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, global health, or international development.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in international subawards/grants management.
- Bilingual in French and English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to travel internationally to low- and middle-income countries at least four times per year.
