Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a portfolio of French-speaking partners, overseeing budget and expense report reviews and capacity building.
  • Support the annual partner grant agreement process and ensure compliance with subaward monitoring policies.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Monday.com to track grant renewals, amendments, and financial documentation.
  • Conduct annual risk assessments and support the finance team with audits related to partner grants.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, global health, or international development.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in international subawards/grants management.
  • Bilingual in French and English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to travel internationally to low- and middle-income countries at least four times per year.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Full-time remote position (40 hrs/week) with a contract basis. Salary commensurate with experience and country. Must be based in one of MiracleFeet's 38 partner countries. MiracleFeet does not sponsor employment visas.
