Program Grants Officer

• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking partners, overseeing budget and expense report reviews and capacity building.
• Support the annual partner grant agreement process and ensure compliance with subaward monitoring policies.
• Utilize Salesforce and Monday.com to track grant renewals, amendments, and financial documentation.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and support the finance team with audits related to partner grants.

This role ensures financial excellence and capacity building for partner organizations, directly enabling the delivery of clubfoot treatment to children in low-resource settings, contributing to MiracleFeet's mission of eliminating untreated clubfoot as a cause of physical disability.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, global health, or international development.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in international subawards/grants management.
• Bilingual in French and English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to travel internationally to low- and middle-income countries at least four times per year.

Full-time remote position (40 hrs/week) with a contract basis. Salary commensurate with experience and country. Must be based in one of MiracleFeet's 38 partner countries. MiracleFeet does not sponsor employment visas.
