Program Finance and Operations Lead

• Support the team's operating rhythm, financial management, revenue management, people processes, procurement and contracting, project management, and internal coordination.
• Track alignment across strategy, resources, and execution to ensure the team delivers strong, mission-aligned results.
• Provide analysis and insights to managers and principals on project and grant strategy, translating strategy into clear, executable plans.

This role enables RMI's program teams to operate efficiently and effectively, directly supporting the global energy transition by ensuring resources are aligned with mission-critical work and teams can focus on delivering impact.

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting or related analytical roles in for-profit or nonprofit environments.
• Organizational skills required for successful operations of 50 person teams and complicated funding compliance.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with analysis, reporting and operational coordination.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups in a remote/distributed environment.

Salary range: $77,732 - $121,950 USD, plus annual bonus target of 5% and eligibility for merit-based increases.
