Program Coordinator

• Coordinate project execution in a shared-resource environment, ensuring clarity of roles and handoffs across teams.
• Partner with Study Directors to develop and maintain integrated study schedules aligned with laboratory capacity.
• Serve as the primary coordination point among Study Directors, laboratory operations, QA, sales, and finance.
• Ensure study execution adheres to approved protocols and compliance with GLP regulations.

This role ensures efficient execution of scientific studies that support regulatory compliance and product safety, contributing to public health and environmental protection.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong customer focus.
• Comfortable working in a regulated scientific environment.
• Experience with project coordination in a matrix structure.
• Knowledge of GLP regulations and internal SOPs.
