Job description
Coordinate operations for an AI journalism initiative, managing newsletters, training programs, grants, and community engagement across global teams.
- Source and produce bi-weekly AI newsletter; coordinate editorial workflow, writer scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Implement AI Spotlight Series training: manage applications, coordinate coaches and translators, oversee event logistics, and assess participant outcomes.
- Process grant paperwork, schedule payments to grantees and fellows, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
- Build dashboards and analytics to track program impact across newsletters, training, and community platforms.
- Requires 5+ years supporting distributed teams in administrative and programmatic roles; knowledge of AI in journalism and tech accountability essential.
