Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary support and relationship coordinator for National VOAD's State and Territory VOAD network, strengthening organizational capacity and member engagement.
- Develop training materials, facilitate virtual and in-person training, and support mentorship and capacity-building programs.
- Coordinate communication, information-sharing, and collaborative discussions across the VOAD Movement, including support for disaster response and recovery activities.
- Assist with planning and implementation of the National VOAD Annual Conference and member meetings, including logistics and participant engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, emergency management, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in emergency management, disaster services, nonprofit programs, communications, member services, or related fields.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; experience facilitating meetings, trainings, and collaborative discussions.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities; high comfort level with technology, databases, and virtual collaboration tools.
